Virginie Blanc Klamm is a trainer in Special Education and Educational Engineering for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). She believes that professionals are bound by both a duty of means and a duty of results.

Since 2009, she has provided individual support for students with DYS, ADHD, and ASD, and has offered supervision and professional training in these areas. A Registered Behavior Technician (2015–2018), she deepened her knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of North Texas and has integrated the TEACCH program into her practice since 2014, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with ASD, with or without intellectual disabilities.

In 2015, Virginie founded the Ted.Dys’School professional network, which she continues to coordinate. The network promotes collaborative, collegial, and multidisciplinary practice, parental guidance, and the use of HAS-recommended assessment tools (VB-MAPP, PEP-3, AAPEP, COMVOOR, EFI, ABLLS), alongside program design and team supervision. Today, the network includes 28 professionals, divided into an educational and a training division.

Her training sessions are recognized for their quality and depth, with over 92 sessions delivered to more than 2,400 professionals and parents since 2015 across France and Switzerland. She has trained in private schools, institutions, and associations, as well as within Teacher Training Universities (HEP) — notably co-developing a specialized ASD training pathway with the Continuing Education Department of HEP Fribourg, designed for special education teachers (since 2018).

Virginie also worked as a Learning Support Teacher for three years at an international school in Geneva, where she supported over 150 students from Preschool to Primary. She was simultaneously a member of the Resource Team at the Aigues-Vertes Foundation, providing training, guidance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and ASD.

Deeply committed to fostering professional excellence, Virginie has co-developed — alongside other NDD specialists — a comprehensive continuing education program, collegial supervision framework, and a binding ethical charter, structured around three levels of expertise within the Specialized Neuropedagogy Diploma for NDD (C) program.
