Programs are selected via our online shop and delivered upon purchase as outlined in Section 5.

You may browse and shop without an account. Some features, including consultations, may require booking or form submissions with accurate contact details.

4. Purchasing Programs

5. Program Delivery

• You will receive an order confirmation via email.

• This code is valid for use by the purchasing institution and is not transferable.

 

Codes may be distributed to your staff internally but must not be shared with external parties.

6. School Restructuring Services

These services are offered via consultation. Booking a consultation does not constitute a binding agreement. Final service scope, timeline, and fees will be confirmed in a signed agreement following initial discussions.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our services:

• Professional development program purchases are non-refundable once an access code has been issued.

• For school restructuring services, cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement.
